We have an in-house team of qualified plumbers and electricians who are deployed on every single project. It means we can adapt and evolve the P&E solution to accommodate any unique requirements or challenges that may arise throughout the programme. This allows us to provide an efficient and reactive response, with minimal if any impact to our clients, the profession team and overall project delivery.
ON SITE
We have a team of skilled tradespeople on every site, headed up by an experienced and highly qualified manager to lead and guide the project. Unlike many others we directly engage the majority of our tradespeople to guarantee a consistent work ethic, one that is highly professional and adheres to our standards.
QUALITY & DETAIL
All our projects are defined by meticulous attention to detail, exemplary craftsmanship and an impeccable finish. Every job that is undertaken is followed up by an aftercare co-ordinator to maintain the high standards that we employ to the services we offer.
Our aftercare department are on hand to ensure that all elements of the property are clearly understood and in full working order at handover. They are on call to help with any issues and have a team of skilled tradesmen at their disposal.
